Our retainers give you a set number of support hours each month, plus access to our expertly created document library and additional services depending on which partnership level you choose.
Our pay-as-you-go service is ideal for clients who prefer ad hoc support without the commitment of a retainer. You have direct access to your dedicated Prosperity HR partner as and when you need it

Yes. Whether you’re dealing with a disciplinary matter, a grievance, or an employee who’s just handed in their notice, we’re here to help. Get in touch and we’ll prioritise getting you the guidance you need quickly.

Our services are designed to fit your business needs, and we understand that things can change rapidly. Unlike other HR consultancy services, we don’t lock you into long-term multi-year contracts, and we always advise you to start with a smaller number of hours and then increase them as your business needs change. We’re confident you’ll find our service valuable, but you’re always in control.

We find this is rare, but in the unlikely event you do have hours left over, these will automatically roll over and you’ll have one more month to use them. We don’t believe in ‘use it or lose it’ policies – your investment should work for you, not disappear at the end of each billing cycle.

For day-to-day HR advice and support, your retainer covers it. Some specialist work, like employment tribunal support, large-scale redundancies, independent investigations, or on-site attendance, is priced separately, either at our hourly rate or on a fixed-fee basis. We’ll always discuss costs upfront before starting any additional work.
